Urban Zone Restructuring

Thu Thiem Administrative and Finance Hub
Construction of the new political and administrative center in Thu Thiem is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2026. The adjacent Thu Thiem New Urban Area spans 737 hectares and is positioned as a growth pole connected to an International Finance Centre.
Dragon E-Home Social Housing
The Dragon E-Home project in Long Truong Ward consists of 764 apartments across six eight-story towers. The city plans to start 110,000 housing units in 2026 as part of broader social housing efforts.
Central Ward Revitalization
Vacant land plots in the central wards of Ben Thanh, Saigon, Xuan Hoa, and Cho Quan are being unlocked and converted into parks and open community spaces. These conversions form part of ongoing urban revitalization that prioritizes public green areas in established districts.
